I’m building a real estate website for a friend and I asked him to send me examples of websites he likes to inspire my creativity. Unfortunately there’s a huge disconnect between what a business owner likes and what actually represents a good website.
That sent me on a mission to discover a real estate website that encompassed everything he’s looking for, but also checks all of my boxes:
- Fresh look (his)
- Map functionality (ours)
- Filtering (mine)
- Prominent CTA’s (mine)
- Brand Awareness (mine)
- Social media success (mine)
- CRM (mine)
- SEO (mine)
- Incredible photography (ours)
Learn more about those at the end of the article, but feast your eyes on my favorites from my mind-numbing pursuit of real estate website greatness.
Rexmont Real Estate
Designed by Sierra Interactive
Why I love it:
Instead of showing houses on the homepage Rexmont focuses on videos of people celebrating their new home purchase. They’re focusing on the “why” which likely inspires people to browse their listings and contact them. In addition, their navigation is clean and SEO friendly – catering to all of the local communities of Western Washington.
